Europa Belgium Launch

For Europa's film for the Belgium product launch, we began with a deep dive into their existing videos. Recognising the need for a compelling introduction that highlighted the pain points of the current shipping process in and out of Belgium, I wanted to create a juxtaposition between this and the flawless service offered by Europa.

The creative approach took shape with a stylised introduction in white and yellow, vividly illustrating the chaos and challenges faced by shipments in the existing process. The scenes were modelled and animated to present everything going wrong—loads facing hurdles, missed opportunities, and even the loss of shipments.

Upon entering the Europa (red) world, the narrative shifted dynamically, adapting to perfectly suit the transit of each individual load. This transition allowed for the creation of fun scenarios, each carefully constructed to align with the key messaging points highlighted by the client.

I was able to work across the entire film from initial concept to styleframes, storyboard, full modelling, animation and delivery. The collaboration with Europa throughout this process at regular feedback sessions ensured that the film not only met but exceeded their expectations. The video went on to be translated into various different languages and cut down versions for maximum impact.

In the image we see cardboard boxes moving along a path, the path is split across several islands. One of which is swinging to inhibit the loads ability to continue. The scene is in 3D white, greying world with worn yellow signage.
A 3D world with a shifting floor makes a perfect pathway for Europa branded lorries. The walls, floor and lorries are red while the floor is white. The Europa Logistics Hub is shown in the background with animated lorries driving in.
